I was impressed with this service from the first point of contact. Eilean Dubh Home Care responded to my initial request quickly and compassionately, and visited my home for a face to face meeting to discuss the requirements and advise what help they could offer. Each of the carers who came to our home was kind, respectful, friendly and very accommodating of the changing circumstances they encountered on each visit. They provided much-needed caring respite for which I am very grateful.
